We do not participate in broker chains, daisy-chain transactions, or speculative inquiries. We work exclusively with verified End Buyers, Corporate Principals, or their authorized representatives.

• Required Documentation

To initiate Due Diligence and Compliance Review, all RFQ submissions must include:

✅ Corporate Information Sheet (CIS)

✅ Letter of Intent (LOI)

✅ Complete Corporate Profile

✅ Company Registration Documents

✅ Company Website URL

✅ Professional Corporate Email Address matching the company's domain

✅ Authorized Signatory Contact Information

✅ KYC & AML Compliance Information

• Corporate Email Policy

For security and compliance purposes, buyers utilizing Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, Outlook.com, or any other free email provider will not be considered.

All communications must originate from a professional company email associated with the buyer's corporate website and domain.

• Due Diligence Process

Upon receipt of the required documentation, RADIX EXPORTS LTD will conduct:

✅ KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

✅ AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Screening

✅ OFAC & International Sanctions Screening

✅ Corporate Verification & Compliance Review

Only after successful verification will the buyer be invited to proceed with transaction procedures, submission of Proof of Funds (POF), and an introductory conference call with the appropriate principals.

• Broker & Mandate Policy

Brokers, facilitators, consultants, and mandates are welcome to participate in transactions and may join conference calls and be copied on all communications.

However:

✅ All onboarding documentation must originate directly from the verified End Buyer.

✅ All KYC verification must be completed by the End Buyer.

✅ All financial qualification and Proof of Funds must come directly from the End Buyer.

✅ No compliance procedures will be bypassed, altered, or expedited.

No exceptions. No shortcuts. No skipped compliance procedures.

RADIX EXPORTS LTD reserves the right to reject any RFQ submission that does not meet these minimum compliance standards.
